Job Description:
As a Financial Representative at Fidelity, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the success of our branch. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service and support to our clients.

The Expertise We re Looking For:
We are looking for someone with customer service, phone, or financial services experience. Banking, insurance, or financial experience is also an asset. We will provide support to help you learn the FINRA licensing material and work towards obtaining the Series 7 and 66 licenses. A degree and/or professional certifications are helpful, but not required. Our Tuition Reimbursement program can help you obtain a CFP or degree if needed.

The Purpose of Your Role:
Your mission as a Financial Representative will be to have rewarding interactions with clients. You will partner with clients to identify opportunities to deepen relationships and contribute to branch success. You will be a subject matter specialist in compliance and front lobby transactions, providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

You should be able to assess client needs and identify opportunities, with remarkable attention to detail and the ability to prioritize.
