Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Summary
The EVERSANA Specialty Pharmaceutical Representative will be responsible for promoting Intrarosa & Femring to OB/GYNs throughout an assigned geographic territory. This role requires a high level of product knowledge, customer understanding, and sales acumen to develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage healthcare professionals, office staff, and decision-makers in face-to-face discussions to promote the assigned client product(s)
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to educate them about product features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications
- Meet/exceed sales goals and objectives, and possess a high knowledge level of the product(s), customer, and territory
Requirements
- BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited college or university, with a focus in business, life science, or clinical degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of previous pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical sales experience, or outside/field B2B experience, or previous experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with current relationships with OB/GYNs in the assigned territory
- Consistent track record of quantifiable/documented sales accomplishments is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to plan, analyze, and act upon sales data within an assigned geography
- Solid and persuasive business communication with physicians and providers
- Ability to work independently and exercise good business judgment and discretion, and to analyze and address territory opportunities
- Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) application is preferred
- Computer Skills: proficiency in business software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel approximately 30% as requested, with some overnight travel may be required
