Daily Responsibilities:

  • Field Activity Oversight: Supervise warranty repairs, new field equipment installations, and piping projects.
  • Project Management: Schedule and allocate resources for projects, collaborate with project managers on timelines and scope, approve and submit worked hours for payroll, and process invoices for fieldwork, differentiating between billable and warranty items.
  • Operational Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of departmental operating procedures and specific job task protocols.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality standards and continuous improvement within the job scope.
  • Warranty Management: Work with project managers and service technicians to schedule and resolve warranty concerns.
  • Start-up Coordination: Assist in planning start-up activities, ensuring effective collaboration among all relevant personnel.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Welding Expertise: Familiarity with ASME code and welding techniques (FCAW, GMAW, GTAW) is advantageous.
  • Blueprint Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
  • Training Commitment: Willingness to participate in assigned training programs.
  • Mathematical Proficiency: Strong mathematical skills are essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Location Requirement: Candidates must reside in Oklahoma, as this role is entirely on-site or field-based.
  • Experience Level: A minimum of five years in roles related to field service installation is required.
  • Management and Customer Relations: A solid background in managing field service operations and customer relations is necessary.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
