The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring that Team Members are focused on hospitality and meeting job expectations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire staff, maintain a bench for future growth
  • Execute marketing plans and ensure proper installation of promotional materials
  • Ensure proper staffing and training of Team Members
  • Operate the restaurant during designated Business Hours
  • Provide leadership and demonstrate proficiency in restaurant operations
  • Maintain inventory levels and equipment condition
  • Supervise in accordance with established policies
  • Develop and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members
  • Review financial reports and address any questions to the District Manager
  • Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Able to work around high temperatures
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds comfortably
  • Work with various cleaning products
  • Perform job at a continuous high pace under pressure

Experience:

  • 3-5 years management experience in quick service dining
  • Financial and analytical aptitude

Skills and Abilities:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
