We are seeking a qualified RN-Regional Ambulatory Resource Nurse

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: Day shift; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Primary Care

Travel: Requires driving on average three or more times per week

Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Director or designated representative, and in collaboration with practice leadership, you will:
  • Perform a variety of tasks to design, implement, and enhance clinical practices and workflows within the service line or care center, aligning with the organization's strategic vision.
  • Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support staff, such as nurses and medical assistants.
  • Provide mentorship and support to clinical support personnel.
  • Implement clinical workflows, lead performance improvement initiatives, and address quality and patient safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Development team to onboard, educate, assess competencies, and monitor the performance of clinical staff.
  • Ensure that clinical operations and the care environment foster safe, high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years of nursing or relevant clinical experience is required.
  • Three years of experience in a medical office setting is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Current RN licensure in Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is mandatory.
  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, is required.
  • Current BLS certification is mandatory.
  • Certification in Ambulatory Nursing or a relevant specialty is desirable.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or qualify for an exemption for medical or personal reasons.
Pay Range

USD $74.05 per hour
