We are seeking a skilled RN-Regional Ambulatory Resource
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift: Day shift; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Primary Care
Travel: Driving required on average 3 or more times per week

Under the guidance of the Director or designee and in collaboration with practice leadership of assigned practices, you will:
- Perform a variety of tasks to design, implement, and enhance clinical practices and workflows within the service line or care center, aligning with the organization's strategic vision.
- Coordinate clinical operations and activities involving clinical support personnel, such as nurses and medical assistants.
- Provide direction and support to clinical support staff.
- Implement clinical workflows, lead performance improvement initiatives, and address quality and patient safety concerns.
- Collaborate with the Professional Development team to onboard, educate, assess competency, and monitor the performance of clinical staff.
- Ensure that clinical operations and the practice environment foster safe and high-quality patient care.
- A minimum of five years of nursing or relevant clinical experience is required.
- Three years of experience in a medical office setting is required.
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is highly desirable.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Must demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, is required.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory.
- Certification in Ambulatory Nursing or a relevant specialty is desirable.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID-19 virus or qualify for an exemption for medical or personal reasons.
