- Collaboration: Work closely with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Documentation: Accurately document patient care and charges, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Emergency Preparedness: Remain prepared for emergency situations, utilizing correct emergency procedures and protocols.
- Current RN License: Possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS Certification: Maintain BLS certification and CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification.
- Experience: Two years of PACU, ICU, ER, or OR experience desired.
- Skills: Possess thorough knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate to any age level and any level of growth and development.
