We are seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse to join our team at SouthCoast Health. As a Clinical Resource Nurse, you will play a critical role in coordinating clinical and non-clinical care activities, providing guidance and support to new staff members, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate clinical and non-clinical care activities, including staff assignments and staffing levels.
- Provide guidance and support to new staff members during their orientation period.
- Collaborate with the Director, Manager, Patient Care, or Designee to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, such as Medical Surgical or Critical/Coronary Care, is required.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or exempt for medical or personal reasons.
