Allied Outdoor Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our team in Houston, TX. As a work-from-home position, this role offers a competitive salary range of $60-$80k in the first year, with potential earnings exceeding $100k beyond that.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional client service through ongoing maintenance of Carvestone installations, biannual reseals, and additional repairs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of successful sales experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to persuade clients while maintaining professionalism.

The successful candidate will be self-driven, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations. They will also be familiar with MS Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM Tools, and other relevant software platforms.

Qualifications
  1. Successful sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  3. Able to navigate complex software platforms and systems.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with timely measurables to meet within the first 30 and 90 days, including proficiency in software platforms, ability to locate and track metrics, and adherence to company core values.
