Job Summary:
UMFS is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Direct Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our therapeutic residential program, you will be responsible for providing supervision, guidance, and support to a team of support coaches, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of support coaches and provide guidance on therapeutic care and programming.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary treatment team.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to residents as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of program policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a related field, plus 2 years of experience in a therapeutic residential setting.
- Or, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 5 years of experience in a therapeutic residential setting.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to effectively use agency technology and software programs.
