About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Symbria. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapist to establish treatment plans and execute them with creativity and precision.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to patients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve productivity standards and meet the needs of our patients.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
  • Valid state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends, including occasional overtime.
  • Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation settings is a plus, but not required.
