Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Symbria. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with our Occupational Therapist to establish treatment plans and execute them with creativity and precision.
Responsibilities
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with our Occupational Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Providing high-quality patient care and support to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Working effectively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- A valid state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
