Role Overview
As a Foster Care Case Manager at America's Angels Child Placing Agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and stability of children in the Foster Care System. This is a full-time hybrid position that requires assessing children's needs, coordinating placements in foster homes, providing support to foster families, and monitoring the well-being of children in care. Some remote work is available.

Key Responsibilities
Assess children's needs and develop individualized plans to ensure their safety and stability
Coordinate placements in foster homes and provide ongoing support to foster families
Monitor the well-being of children in care and provide necessary interventions
Collaborate with the Texas Department of Family Services to ensure compliance with state regulations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Knowledge of child development and trauma-informed care
Documentation and Reporting skills
Empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity
