Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and engage with them in a friendly and professional manner throughout their meal.
* Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, and be able to make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, and communicate special requests or modifications to the kitchen staff.
* Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
* Promote featured dishes, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales, while demonstrating a strong knowledge of menu offerings.
* Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, clearing empty dishes, refilling beverages, and resetting tables as needed to ensure a clean and organized environment.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure seamless communication and teamwork.
* Anticipate guests' needs, respond to inquiries and requests promptly, and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and courtesy to ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional manner.
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and etiquette.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operating hours.
