Job Summary:

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator I to join our Academic Affairs team. In this role, you will coordinate OEI program areas of Interprofessional Education and Practice, Faculty Development, Instructional Design and Educational Technology, under the supervision of the Program Director, Office of Educational Improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement OEI institutional or program activities, such as educational events, training, interviews, schedules, and timelines, in the areas of Interprofessional Education and Practice, Faculty Development, Instructional Design and Educational Technology.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules, and schedule space resources for OEI program activities.
  • Collect and compile data and information using MCW licensed systems to support faculty teaching and student learning efforts.
  • Maintain data using MCW IS best practices to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s), and learners.
  • Serve as liaison with faculty, staff, other departments, affiliates, outside institutions in relation to OEI programming. Attend meetings and prepare documentation (minutes, best practices) as directed.
  • Provide information, support, and problem-solving for leaders, faculty, and staff.
  • Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials as directed.
  • Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities of OEI events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
  • Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in education or business-related field.
  • Preferred Experience: 2 years experience in education or program coordination.
