Program Coordinator II

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Program Coordinator II to join our team at the Medical College of Wisconsin. As a key member of the Department of Medicine's Central Administration team, you will play a critical role in supporting Research and Faculty Development initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with program leaders to develop and implement Faculty Development and Research program materials, including educational resources, marketing materials, and databases.
- Maintain program timelines, track deadlines, and coordinate program components for various departmental programs.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets, as well as recruitment and training of program staff.
- Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events, and conduct or coordinate training for program participants.
- Compile, analyze, and present departmental program data and project progress to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with departmental program committees and stakeholders.
