Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement training plans based on the priorities of our customers and staff members
  • Lead multi-week training programs for all new sterile processing employees
  • Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify employee knowledge gaps and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the sterile processing team
  • Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in sterile processing
  • 3+ years' experience in training
  • Sterile processing certification required
