Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement training plans based on the priorities of our customers and staff members
- Lead multi-week training programs for all new sterile processing employees
- Document and review training efforts for compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Identify employee knowledge gaps and create an ongoing development plan for all members of the sterile processing team
- Build continuing education programs with a focus on new products and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years' experience in sterile processing
- 3+ years' experience in training
- Sterile processing certification required
