$5,000 (must hold the PA LBS and manage a caseload of 20 billable hours weekly)

We are seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time and part-time roles. Our organization specializes in the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, and property destruction.

About the Enhanced IBHS Program:

The Enhanced IBHS Program focuses on compassionate, assent-based care, utilizing trauma-informed strategies to mitigate severe behavioral issues. Our approach aims to support clients in their homes and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations or residential placements.

Why Work with Us:

Our program employs the Practical Functional Assessment/Skills Based Training model, developed by Dr. Greg Hanley, ensuring each client receives tailored assessments. Weekly consultations with Dr. Mashid Ghaemmaghami from FTF Consulting facilitate ongoing development and problem-solving for our clients.

We offer opportunities for PFA/SBT Level 4 certification through FTF Consulting, and our leadership team includes certified staff for additional training and support.

Our tiered compensation structure provides opportunities for salary increases, with annual earnings ranging from approximately $80,000 to over $100,000, depending on experience and billable hours.

Collaboration is key in our approach; each client is assigned two BCBAs to ensure comprehensive programming across various environments, including home, community, and educational settings. Our smaller caseload sizes allow for intensive, focused treatment.

Benefits for BCBAs:
We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:

- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- Expense Reimbursement
- Four weeks of vacation/sick/holiday annually
- 401(k) with matching contributions

- Monthly team meetings
- Weekly supervision sessions with leadership

- Clinical support services, including a Behavioral Help Desk and drop-in supervision meetings

Work-Life Balance:
Our BCBAs enjoy:

- Flexible caseload management
- Autonomy in scheduling
- Comprehensive administrative support for staffing and billing

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and interventions based on behavior analysis principles.

- Engage in professional development and mentor team members.
- Document interventions and program developments accurately.

- Behavior Specialist License
- Experience in developing ABA programs for children and adolescents
- Proven ability to manage challenging behaviors
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Availability for evening and weekend sessions as needed
- Crisis intervention certification

Working Conditions:

Physical requirements include the ability to move and support clients as necessary, with reliable transportation for travel within service areas. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet client needs.
