Position Summary: We are currently in search of proficient Drillers for multiple job sites. This role necessitates travel, and candidates may need to be away from home for extended periods. Daily per diem reimbursement will be provided for travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment for the installation of fiber-optic, copper, and power cables using the HDD trenchless construction method.
- Maintain high proficiency in operating drill rigs and associated equipment.
- Document daily drilling activities and ensure equipment is in safe working order.
- Assist in supervising team members as needed.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on drilling equipment.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling.
- Ability to read and interpret construction prints and schematics.
- Familiarity with various equipment such as mini excavators and vac trucks.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining logs and reports.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
Education:
High School diploma or GED required. Additional certifications in utility construction procedures are a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
This position requires a commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
