Job Title: Program Manager - Senior

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Manager - Senior to lead our SAP S4 HANA implementation project. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and finance processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end SAP S4 HANA implementation project, developing a comprehensive project plan and overall strategy.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met within defined timeframes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, including weekly program status reports.
  • Review and oversee management of the project schedule via the use of MS Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and MS Project.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint project sites for each project.
  • Ensure quality and well-maintained project schedules, baselines, and estimates to complete program/project and report variances.
  • Provide risk management plans, risk assessments, and mitigation within a program/project.
  • Report on ongoing issues and changes utilizing existing processes and templates and publishing reports within a program/project.
  • Create and publish weekly status reports of activities, accomplishments, issues, and actions to resolve issues.
  • Identify and ensure all activities required to successfully meet the operational readiness review are completed on time.
  • May create a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated vendor response evaluation, verifying the creation of all documents from vendors as outlined in the SOW or creation of new ones as required.
  • Provide a SOW for ongoing support services as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading large SAP implementation projects, specifically SAP S4 HANA.
  • Strong background in supply chain and finance processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Project Management Expertise:

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of SAP systems, modules, and implementation best practices. Preferably with ECC to S4 HANA experience.
