Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant

As a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining deep, lasting relationships with large enterprise clients and key contacts. Your goal is to achieve a dynamic level of trusted-advisor status with each client.
Key Responsibilities- Mastery of Cella's full suite of workforce solutions, promoting the right solutions to address client needs and maximize sales potential.
- Partnering with subject matter experts to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
- Collaborating on sales proposals tailored to individual client needs, negotiating expectations, terms, and pricing with support from leadership and corporate operations.
- Proven sales record closing complex deals in the solutions and staffing space with large and nationally/globally distributed customers.
- 5+ years of sales experience in creative, digital, and marketing spaces, or consultative sales.
- Experience working with strategic accounts and professional communication skills, including presenting services at all levels of a client organization and via various mediums.
- Knowledge of strategic selling concepts and consultative sales methods.
- Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring, and shared drives.
We estimate an annual salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 based on market conditions and location. This figure may vary depending on factors such as experience and qualifications.
