Strategic Enterprise Sales Consultant

As a highly skilled sales professional at Randstad USA, you will be responsible for landing, growing and maintaining deep and lasting relationships with enterprise accounts and clients. You will sell and represent the full suite of our workforce solutions, including consulting, staffing, managed services to large enterprise clients within your designated market territory.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and IT/Creative staffing space within large and nationally/globally distributed customers. This requires 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space and/or consultative sales, as well as experience working with strategic accounts.
A key aspect of this job is building effective consultative relationships with clients and key contacts during the sales process, working towards a dynamic level of Trusted-Advisor status with each client. You will also need to master the full suite of our offerings and promote the right solutions to address your client's needs, ensuring that we are positioned to fully maximize the sales potential of your clients.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales record closing complex sales in the solutions and IT/Creative staffing space
- 5+ years of sales experience in the creative, digital and marketing space and/or consultative sales
- Experience working with strategic accounts
- Professional communication skills
- Mastery of the full suite of our workforce solutions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
