Job Title: Strategic Sales Consultant

Cella is a leading workforce solutions firm, renowned for its expertise in marketing, creative, and digital services. We're seeking an experienced Sr. Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and land, grow, and expand our presence within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD A STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS AND KEY CONTACTS THROUGH CONSULTATIVE SALES APPROACHES.
  • Mastery of Cella's full suite of offerings, promoting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to present and qualify opportunities beyond staffing.
  • Negotiate expectations, terms, conditions, and pricing with new clients, backed by leadership support.
  • Partner internally for cross-functional support and leverage regional/account-based delivery teams to ensure efficient opportunity management.

Requirements:
  • A PROVEN SALES RECORD OF COMPLEX SALES IN THE SOLUTIONS AND STAFFING SPACE.
  • 5+ YEARS OF SALES EXPERIENCE IN CREATIVE, DIGITAL, AND MARKETING SPACES OR CONSULTATIVE SALES.
  • EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS IS MANDATORY.
  • PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS FOR PRESENTATIONS AT ALL LEVELS OF CLIENT ORGANIZATION AND VARIOUS MEDIUMS.
  • MINIMUM BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE.
  • PROFICIENCY USING GOOGLE MAIL, CALENDARING, AND SHARED DRIVES.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
