This position is located in Woodland, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in a positive and timely manner while maintaining accurate and efficient processing of all parts transactions.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Receive phone calls from customers (internal or external customers).
    • Handle parts transactions.
    • Assist in the relocation of parts.
    • Put stock away.
    • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
    • Update parts information in computer or parts books when needed.
    • Research parts information for customer using published materials or through other vendors.
    • Pull parts from inventory.
    • Operate lift truck.
    • Work the shipping and receiving counter when needed; United Parcel, load and unload truck.
    • Deliver parts to customers or shop.
    • Assembly hydraulic hoses.
    • Keep parts and service shop area clean; i.e., sweep, empty trash as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle, or feel objects; tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts and is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee frequently works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The employee occasionally works in high, precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation:

Pay Range: $20.00-$32.00 Hourly

Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
