Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Adjunct Faculty Instructor to teach in our Leadership and Organizational Management program with an aviation concentration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and organizational management, as well as experience in aviation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage course content for our Leadership and Organizational Management program
- Coordinate courseware with the Director of Aviation to ensure alignment with program goals
- Conduct in-person and online instruction to students in the program
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes
- Participate in faculty development events to stay current on best practices in teaching and learning
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration or organizational leadership
- Experience as a Captain in 14 CFR part 121 flight operations required
