Job Title: Dialysis Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Grand River Medical Group.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position, 30-34 hours per week, with a 3-day per week schedule. The successful candidate will work in our Manchester Dialysis Unit, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering heparin, drawing blood for laboratory specimens, and performing clinical procedures.
  • Document patient treatment and progress, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the dialysis team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise in dialysis care.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a current LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa.
  • Minimum one year of professional nursing experience, with a preference for medical/surgical, hospital, chronic illness, critical care, and/or community health experience.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
