Dialysis Nurse Position in Manchester, New Hampshire

Travel Nurse Source is working with ICONMA, L.L.C. to find a qualified Dialysis RN in Manchester, New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dialysis nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with physicians' orders and hospital policy.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and formulate a plan of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide education to patients and their families.
- Document and chart observations and other data related to the clinical condition of patients.
Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Licensure appropriate to the state the RN is working in and the appropriate certifications to the position and facility.
- Minimum 2 years of previous job experience.
- Proficient oral and written skills.
- Current CPR certification.
Physical Requirements:
The individual may be required to pull up or reposition patients, lift supplies, place equipment on supports, push beds or chairs through the facility. The individual must be able to bend over to perform certain duties and maneuver throughout the facility in response to any facility emergency. Interpretation of environmental input requires visual and auditory skills. In the event of a need to evacuate the building, heavy lifting of patients may be required.
