Job Summary

We are seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to provide specialized nursing care at one of our in-center hemodialysis units. As a member of our patient care team, you will be responsible for ensuring safe care and high-quality outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare dialysis machines and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform hemodialysis treatments according to facility policies and procedures
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching
  • Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes with physicians and families
  • Administer and chart prescribed medications
  • Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
  • Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews
  • Document patient education efforts
  • Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
  • Assist with medication inventory maintenance
  • Lead a small patient care team
  • Contribute to onboarding new staff members
