Customer Experience Specialist

At Vuori, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for forging lasting relationships with customers, communicating our brand values, and providing insightful product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge connections with customers and provide personalized service
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best possible service
  • Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner
  • Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide honest knowledgeable feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit

Business Development

  • Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment
  • Stay up-to-date on new product knowledge and trends in the fashion landscape and active-wear specifically
  • Assist with projects and focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Communicate inventory needs to support business goals

Operations

  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked and organized every evening
  • Collaborate with management on inventory management and visual directives
  • Ensure the retail store is cleaned regularly, including floors and bathroom
  • Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives

Qualifications

  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must adhere to scheduled shifts with punctuality
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Ability to develop new skills and respond to feedback
