Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned researcher and analyst to join our Ketchum Analytics team as a Manager, Consumer Research and Insights. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams, providing expert guidance on research and analytics strategies.
- Design and execute large-scale, global research studies, including survey development, data collection, and analysis.
- Present findings and insights to clients and stakeholders, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to drive business impact.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and methodologies, advising clients and colleagues on best practices and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement social, digital, and paid media programs that drive business results.
- 3-5 years of experience in research, analytics, and/or media analysis, with a strong background in quantitative research and statistics.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, statistics) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality research and analytics projects, with a focus on client satisfaction and business impact.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the communications landscape and emerging trends.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
