  • Enable managers to retrieve case details and documentation quickly from a single location, facilitating collaboration among employees
  • Develop and document functional specifications based on client requirements, and design custom solutions within the Oracle Case Management framework
  • Provide real-time views of case statuses, progress, and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of hands-on Oracle Case Management configuration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance on leading practices for case management reporting, analytics, and role-based security design
  • Proficiency in developing and facilitating user acceptance training, testing, test cases, and systems integration
  • Excellent communication skills
