Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones to provide a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Manage the front desk and host station, maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of Dave & Buster's.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and gift card sales.
  • Assist with merchandise inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining a favorable working relationship with all team members.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
