Position Overview: As a key member of our retail team, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your enthusiasm for helping others, coupled with your extensive product knowledge, will ensure that every customer feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome every customer and proactively engage with them to understand their needs and enhance their shopping journey.
  • Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards by adhering to established guidelines for floor layouts, signage, pricing updates, and inventory management.
  • Encourage participation in company initiatives, such as loyalty programs and warranty offerings.
  • Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures, ensuring confidentiality of company information.
  • Foster an inclusive environment where all customers and teammates feel respected and valued.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various store functions as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail is preferred.
  • Experience in the golf industry is advantageous.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. occasionally.
  • Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
  • Able to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).

Compensation: The targeted pay range for this position is $17 - $26 per hour, with the starting rate varying based on factors such as location, experience, and the specific role offered. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage requirements applicable to the job location.
