Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor store entrances, exits, and high-risk areas to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment.
  • Engage with customers and associates in a professional and friendly manner, promoting a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to identify and report theft incidents and suspicious activity.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in shortage reduction and customer service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of discipline and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, AP/LP, or Operations.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with excellent visual monitoring skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a positive attitude and energetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
