About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive development journey that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a leadership role within Enterprise Holdings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, leadership, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
