Job Title: Global Software Deployment and Support Leader

Job Summary:

The Global Software Deployment and Support Leader is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for software support and training globally. This role manages a global program of post-sale support for software products and solutions, ensuring a unified approach to support, training, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global software support and training strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Manage a team of software support and training professionals to provide expert assistance to customers worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to support and training programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for software support and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software support and training, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing global software support and training strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
