As an After School Educator and Transportation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and engaging environment for children during after school hours. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities of students, ensuring their well-being, and managing transportation logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve afternoon snacks to students and adhere to the daily schedule.
- Assist with homework and provide support as needed.
- Facilitate outdoor playtime and maintain a clean and organized gym area.
- Accurately record attendance and communicate with parents through the designated app.
- Prepare for in-person communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Work a schedule from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including breaks for teachers and transportation duties.
- Drive a 13-passenger van for student pick-up from various schools, ensuring vehicle maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or equivalent
