  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure their needs are met throughout their meal.
  • Inform guests of specials and menu changes, offering recommendations and accurately recording orders.
  • Promptly enter orders into the point-of-sale system and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the dining experience and respond promptly to guest requests.
  • Maintain a smooth payment process by preparing the final bill, presenting it to the guest, and processing payment.
  • Thank guests for visiting and invite them to return.
  • Assist with side work and other duties as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of restaurant-related experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and communicate orally and in writing.
