Key Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, the Project Coordinator will engage in tasks related to the management of Public Housing policies, operational procedures, and program compliance. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of modernization projects and capital improvements.
  • Evaluating program regulations to ensure adherence and recommending enhancements.
  • Researching and drafting policies and procedures for the Public Housing Program.
  • Coordinating procurement processes and managing contracts to ensure compliance.
  • Facilitating communication between various stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory agencies.
  • Conducting analyses of housing properties to identify needs and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in business administration, public policy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in program management or policy analysis.
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with HUD-funded housing programs.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Excel and MS Word.

Additional Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required for this position.


Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
