Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Care Associate, you will:
  • Assist residents with their daily living activities, providing compassionate support and companionship.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and programs.
  • Offer emotional support and motivation to residents.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current caregiver training or certification as required by state regulations
  • A CNA or GNA license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification, or the ability to obtain
  • Previous experience in Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Senior Living is preferred
