Position Overview:

The Vice President of Real Estate Operations is a dynamic leadership role that demands a daily commitment to excellence. Strategic Planning:
The Vice President will collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute an annual Business Plan that aligns with the strategic objectives of LIV Sotheby's International Realty.

Training and Development:
In-House Support:
The Vice President will act as the primary resource for sales associates, offering support across all company platforms, including marketing systems, transaction management tools, and listing presentation materials.


New System Implementation:
This role includes organizing and delivering training sessions for new systems and support services as they are introduced.
Ongoing Education:
The Vice President will design and facilitate monthly training sessions to enhance the skills of sales associates at all levels, utilizing resources from Ninja Selling and the Sotheby's International Realty brand.
Coaching Initiatives:
The Vice President will lead weekly coaching groups focused on improving sales techniques and performance.
Personal Development Plans:
Maintaining an actionable annual Personal Development Plan for each sales associate is essential, including quarterly reviews to ensure progress.
Business Growth:
Market Analysis:
The Vice President will regularly assess market opportunities and guide sales associates in capitalizing on these prospects.
Market Share Goals:
Aiming for a 25% market penetration in both total market share and luxury segments is a key responsibility.
Community Engagement:
The Vice President will actively participate in industry and community initiatives, showcasing leadership within both realms.
Recruitment and Retention:
Talent Acquisition:
As part of the strategic plan, the Vice President will work towards achieving annual recruitment targets.
Follow-Up Procedures:
Close collaboration with support staff will be essential for maintaining communication with recruits.
Retention Strategies:
Establishing a consistent follow-up process for recruitment and retention is crucial, aiming for a 10% annual growth in agents.
Cultural Leadership:
Inspirational Environment:
The Vice President will embody the company's culture, fostering an office atmosphere that encourages personal and professional growth.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range is competitive and based on experience, with total compensation including base salary and incentives ranging from $300,000 to $450,000.
