Front Desk Agent to serve as the welcoming face of our organization and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.
Our committed team collaborates to foster an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism, ensuring that every visitor feels appreciated and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing authentic hospitality from check-in to check-out, you will engage with guests and owners in a friendly, helpful, and approachable manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns with attention and care.
Enhance revenue through strategic up-selling while building strong relationships with all departments to ensure smooth operations and meet our objectives.
Work Environment:
East West Family Of Companies - Various Locations
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Compensation: $23/hr plus commissions and bonuses. Your performance directly influences your earnings.
($1,000 sign-on bonus: half awarded after 90 days of successful employment and the remaining half after 180 days of successful employment)
Work Schedule: Primarily evenings - 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, professionalism, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to integrity in their work.
The candidate should also have experience in the hospitality or customer service sectors, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate empathy and care.
