Job Title: Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at V2X. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of contracts, including CPAF, FFP, FPAF, T&M, LH, IDIQ, BPA, and BOA's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pre and post award administration of contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and corporate policies.
  • Perform external customer liaison activities, including attendance at customer meetings, correspondence, and leading meetings with internal and external customers.
  • Make recommendations to management to execute contractual documents, such as modifications, Memoranda of Agreement, Administrative Change Letters, and Letters of Technical Direction.
  • Support program teams to prepare and route risk documentation paperwork, ensuring adequate determination and documentation of risk levels.
  • Develop and work with internal customers to create and process notification letters to customers involving scope changes, limitation of cost and funds, operational issues, and requests for assistance.
  • Review proposal documents in support of government RFPs, providing recommendations for changes and verifying compliance with the government's request.
  • Assist with A/R collections on assigned contracts and build positive relationships with all corporate departments and operational teams.
  • Prepare and submit Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs) and Claims.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in negotiating, drafting, and administering moderately complex government contracts and proposals.
  • Experience with Base Operations Support (BOS) contracts is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations and agency-specific supplements.
  • Understands the accounting system, its policies, and procedures.
