Role Overview: The primary responsibility of the Intake Care Coordinator is to efficiently set up new orders within our operating system while providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage new orders in the operating system.
- Engage with clients and claimants through outbound calls to gather necessary claim details.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and ensure all parties have the required information for effective claim management.
- Utilize various platforms to identify adjusters for claim assignments.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
Candidate Profile: We seek motivated individuals who excel in collaborative settings and are committed to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and/or GED.
