Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Laboratory Testing: Conduct routine assays and special tests according to established laboratory procedures, including instrument maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Recognize and address problem situations, communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, and participate in problem-solving efforts.
  • Assay Validation and Data Management: Assist with the validation of new assays, compile data for supervisory review, and utilize electronic databases and software programs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements for testing and documentation.
  • Continuing Education and Professional Development: Participate in relevant continuing education classes and seminars to stay current with industry developments and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
