Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and drive business growth. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring patient safety, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Safety and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement strategies to ensure patient safety and quality care, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, personnel management, and workflow optimization.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, improve profitability, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team of pharmacists and technicians, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent patient care and business results.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that patients and customers receive timely, accurate, and compassionate care.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Experience: Proven experience in pharmacy management, leadership, and business development, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving patient outcomes.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams, and drive business results in a fast-paced environment.
