• Lead and direct pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and operational excellence.
• Manage all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, and loss prevention.
• Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS Health from competitors.
• Motivate and inspire pharmacy staff to achieve specified goals and drive business growth.
• Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.

• Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Pharmacist in charge designation on the pharmacy state license.
• Submission of required information/documents to the state PMP administrator.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
