Ho'omāka'ika'i Office Manager

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Ho'omāka'ika'i Summer Program. This includes:
Registration Process:
Assist with registration process for students, including but not limited to: registration, filling waitlist, mailouts, fee collection, withdrawals, etc.
Office Management:
Serve as office manager for an assigned unit during the summer session, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned, including but not limited to: filing, phone answering, data entry, and assisting with budgeting and purchasing activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects, meet competing deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact effectively with various levels within and outside of Kamehameha Schools.
Compensation:
Estimated salary: $20/hour.
