Our Home Investments LLC is seeking a highly driven Office Operations Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for tenants, you will be responsible for answering questions and addressing concerns related to rental agreements or property issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants
  • Manage tenant onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment. You will also be responsible for leading office management, directing administrative assistants, and performing additional human resources and office administration duties as needed.
