Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist, CLIA to join our team at QPS, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering CLIA permits and licenses, maintaining HIPAA training for employees, and supporting CLIA testing for clinical trials and QPS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer CLIA permits and licenses
  • Maintain HIPAA training for employees
  • Support CLIA testing for clinical trials and QPS projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in biomedical or clinical diagnostic related field preferred
  • Experience in a regulated industry laboratory or in customer service and/or client support in the life science industry preferred
  • Systems background and CRM database experience is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency and command of standard Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with database structure and usage (LIMS, Access, Quick Base)
